feat: Abschnitt Weiterverarbeitung in der Buch-README (QA R7)

Die erzeugte README.md nennt den Merge-Befehl mit dem tatsächlichen
Ausgabeordner und passende Pandoc-Befehle. Bei Büchern mit Formeln
enthalten sie --mathml, ergänzt um einen Hinweis zur Formeldarstellung.
