fix: Inline-SVG in HTML-Tabellen als <img> ausgeben (QA2-05)

Eingebettete SVGs in komplexen Tabellen wurden als Markdown-Bild
![…](…) in den HTML-Block geschrieben und daher nicht angezeigt.
