docs: KI-Score-Gewichte in Konfigurationsreferenz ergänzt

Abschnitt 12 (Score-Gewichte) listete die ai_*-Punktwerte nicht.
Nun vollständig, mit Hinweis auf die Gelb-Deckelung.
