Subject: [PATCH] Deploy: index.html wieder als Symlink auf
 landingpage/index.html

nginx folgt dem Link und liefert die Landingpage direkt unter
https://jamulix.de/ aus. Weiterleitungsseite webroot/index.html entfernt,
README angepasst.
