dschlueter e31549e24f Deploy: SSH ControlMaster — Passwort nur einmal eingeben 
Öffnet Master-Verbindung am Anfang, rsync und ssh nutzen denselben Socket.
Cleanup via trap bei normalem Ende und bei Fehler.
