EPUB: Formeln als MathML (pandoc --mathml)

Ohne --mathml schreibt pandoc $$...$$ ins EPUB als TeX-Text. Betrifft
Markdown, in dem formula_img2latex Formelbilder durch LaTeX ersetzt hat:
Corral, Elementary Calculus – 429 Formeln jetzt als MathML, kein TeX-Rest.
