feat: deploy-pi-config.sh verlinkt die Extension statt sie zu kopieren

Änderungen an pi-coding-extension.ts gelten damit für jeden pi-Aufruf ab dem
nächsten Start bzw. /reload, ohne erneutes Deploy.
