chore: Glossare liegen lokal im Verzeichnis glossare/

Browse source 
Die Glossare echter Beiträge stehen nicht mehr lose im Programmordner,
sondern in glossare/ (in .gitignore). Tests und Beispiele in README und
Bedienungsanleitung verwenden die neuen Pfade.
